How many MetaTrader terminals can I realistically run on one server?
It depends on the CPU model, RAM size and how “heavy” your EAs are. On our i9 / Ryzen 9 configurations clients typically run 30–50 MT4/MT5 terminals comfortably for live trading and light backtests. If you plan to run many symbols with tick data and constant optimizations, we recommend keeping fewer terminals per server or adding a second machine.

Can I use the same dedicated server for live trading and Strategy Tester optimizations?
Yes, you can. Many clients run live MT4/MT5 terminals and occasional optimizations on the same server. For heavy 100k+ pass optimizations we recommend running them during quieter hours or using a separate box / farm, so that CPU spikes never affect your production accounts.

Where is the server located and what ping can I expect to my broker in Germany?
Our dedicated MetaTrader servers are hosted in European datacenters with direct connectivity to major financial hubs in Germany. For most popular MT4/MT5 brokers with infrastructure in Frankfurt, typical latency is in the single-digit to low double-digit millisecond range. If you tell us your broker, we can measure the exact ping from our racks.

What is the minimum rental period for a dedicated server?
The minimum term is one month. You can start with a 1-month server, test your EAs in real conditions and then decide whether to keep the same configuration, upgrade or downgrade.

How does Windows licensing work on your dedicated servers?
All dedicated servers are delivered with Windows Server 2022 Evaluation for initial testing. You can either rent a Windows license from us on a monthly basis or use your own perpetual keys (SPLA / retail / volume licensing) if you already have them. In that case we help you activate your key on the server.

Can I pay for the server with cryptocurrency?
Yes, we support payment in major cryptocurrencies via our payment partners (for example BTC, USDT and other popular coins). If you prefer to pay with crypto, just mention it when ordering and we will send you the appropriate invoice and payment instructions.

What happens if the server does not fit my needs? How does the money-back guarantee work?
During the initial trial period you can cancel if the server does not match your expectations. The one-time setup and build fee is non-refundable, because the hardware was prepared specifically for you. The recurring server fee can be refunded pro-rata based on the number of days used – you pay only for the days when the service was active.

Is the server fully managed, or do I administer Windows and MT4/MT5 myself?
You get full administrator access to the server and can install or remove any software you need. We take care of hardware, network and hypervisor stability; you are in control of Windows, MT4/MT5, EAs and other tools. If you need help with initial MT4/MT5 setup, we can assist you as part of onboarding.

Can I host other trading tools on the server (copiers, dashboards, risk systems)?
Absolutely. As long as it is legal and complies with our terms of service, you can run trade copiers, analytics dashboards, risk-management tools, bridge software and other trading-related applications next to MT4/MT5. Many clients consolidate their whole trading stack on one dedicated box.

Can I upgrade or downgrade the server later if my load changes?
Yes. If you outgrow the initial configuration (for example, you add more EAs or funded accounts), we can migrate you to a stronger CPU or additional server. Likewise, if you later need less power, you can switch to a smaller plan at the next billing period.
