How many terminals can I run on each plan?

There is no fixed number: it depends on charts, symbols, indicators and how heavy your EAs are. Tell us your setup and we will suggest a plan with enough headroom. If it turns out too small, we will help you move to a larger one.

How fast will my VPS be ready?

Usually 1-2 hours after payment. You receive the IP address and login for Remote Desktop, then install MetaTrader and your EAs the same way as on your own computer.

What if the VPS does not suit me?

Every VPS comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it does not fit your needs, write to us within the first 7 days.

Is Windows licensed?

Windows Server comes preinstalled as an Evaluation edition, ready for Remote Desktop. For long-term use you need a valid license: rent one from us monthly or use your own key. Ask us and we will explain the options.

Can I install my own EAs, indicators and tools?

Yes. You get full administrator access to Windows, so you can install MT4, MT5, EAs with DLLs, trade copiers and other software, just like on your own PC.

Where is the server located?

In a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. Ping depends on where your broker's server is, so send us your broker's server name and we will check it for you.

Does ping matter for my EA?

For EAs that hold trades for hours or days, a few milliseconds make no practical difference. Ping matters more for scalping and very short-term strategies. Final execution also depends on your broker, liquidity and market conditions.

How can I pay?

By card or crypto, including USDT and Bitcoin. Monthly billing, no long-term contract.

When should I switch to a dedicated server?

When CPU stays high, RAM is almost full or terminals start to lag. Also when you run POW EA or combine many terminals with analytics and backtesting on the same machine.

Can I run MT5 backtests on a VPS?

Yes, light tests work fine. Large Strategy Tester optimizations with long tick history or many passes run much better on a dedicated server or our MT5 backtest farm.
